Works belonging to the Permanent Collection exhibited in the city of Rethymno


The vision of creating a channel for communication between the artwork and the pedestriansis brought to life with two new sculptures placed in some areas and pathways of the city.

Kalliopi Lemos’ “Wooden Boat with Seven Snakes” (2011) is installed in the rector's residence in Fortezza Castle of Rethymno, and Michalis Katzourakis' “Singapore D.1” (1996) is placed in the Agnostos Stratiotis Square (Square of the Unknown Soldier).
